Правила употребления времен

• Present Continuous используется для действий, происходящих прямо сейчас (маркеры: now, at the moment). Формула: am/is/are + глагол с окончанием -ing.
• Past Continuous используется для длительных действий в определенный момент в прошлом (маркеры: at this time yesterday, at seven o'clock yesterday, the whole evening). Формула: was/were + глагол с окончанием -ing.
