В каких случаях нужно ставить was sitting и sat. мой преподаватель рассказывал мне, что -ing ставится только тогда, когда точно указано время, что если написано _in sunday_ то это не конкретное время, а просто день и поэтому нужно писать sat. в учебниках всё наоборот.в общем я запуталась и не могу понять, когда нужно писать sat, а когда was sitting.
